| K1-460 - rainbow-colored hello Finished background - I know the blending isn't smooth - in fact it shouldn't be! I just wanted to create something with lots of colores (from time to time it's a bit gray outside - hello German Summer!)! But I used the water-droplets to add a new "dimension" to the layer. |
About this card:
I die-cut the hello out of vellum and the areas between the lines are brushed with the same colores as the regular background, but in a light & pale version. In addition I put the vellum die-cut pieces on top of these areas to intensify the pale look. I think it's not visible in the pictures really good, but the different surfaces vellum and watercolor paper in combination with the colors bring depth and dimension to the card.
