Die dritte und letzte Karte ist ebenfalls eine gute Besserungs-Karte, unterscheidet sich jedoch im Farbbereich und den Verzierungen deutlich von der vorherigen.

Manchmal braucht man ein Kärtchen für jemanden, dem es schon länger nicht gut geht... Doch was schreibt man da drauf oder rein?
"Bleib tapfer!" finde ich gut - denn bisher hat man es ja immerhin schon mal geschafft!
Im Inneren waren dann noch Wünsche zur guten und schnellen Besserung...

K1-1173 - Glück gehabt

Heute hab ich ein "Glück gehabt" Kärchen gebastelt!
Bekommen hat es mein Sohn Vincent (10,5), der am gestrigen Samstag nach einem kleinen Verkehrsunfall zur Beobachtung für zwei Tage ins Krankenhaus "durfte".
Zum Glück ist bei dem Unfall kein großer Schaden entstanden! Nur eine Schürfwunde am Arm, ein kaputtes Pedal, ein demolierter Stoßfänger am Auto! Und dazu ein Schreck für alle Beteiligten - hoffentlich ein lehrreicher Schreck für mein Draufgänger-Kind!

Anmerkung:
Er hatte seinen Fahrradhelm auf und war anschließend fast etwas stolz, dass er von den Polizisten, dem Team vom Krankenwagen, den Ärzten und dem Pflegepersonal dafür gelobt wurde! 😊 Die sehen oft genug helm-lose Folgen! 😢
Wenn ihr Kinder habt, erzählt ihnen von Vincent und seinem Unfall. Achtet drauf, dass sie ihre Helme tragen! Auch wenn sie oft meinen, ein Helm sei nicht "cool"! Es könnte ihre Leben retten!

Was da im Einzelnen passiert ist, warum er die Kontrolle über das Rad verloren hat,... einiges lässt sich jetzt nur schwer herausfinden! Aber sicher ist, dass er großes Glück hatte!
Dank an den Autofahrer, der nur die erlaubten 30 km/h gefahren ist und dann auch noch abgebremst hat! (Der Zustand unserer Dorfstraße ist der einzige Grund, warum ich mich auf die anstehenden mehr-monatigen Sperrungen in der ganzen Umgebung hier freue!)

Today I made a "Lucky you" card
It's for my son Vincent (10,5), who is in hospital for two days of supervision after a bike-accident on Saturday.
I'm so happy and thankful it was only a small accident, no big damages! An abrasion near his elbow, a broken pedal and a hole in the front bumper face bar of the involved car! And the scare for all participiants - I hope a salutary scare for my little fearnought-kid!

Notice:
He was wearing his cycle helmet and was proud earning kudos from the policemen, the ambulancemen and the docs and  caregivers in hospital! 😊 They see way too often the results of helmet-free cycling! 😢
If you have kids, tell them about Vincent and his accident. Take care they use their helmets! Although they often think it's not "cool" to wear it! It may save their lives!

Die Zutatenliste für diese Karte ist recht kurz. Und gemacht war die auch halbwegs zügig - nichts Spektakuläres. 
Die Enamel-Sticker hab ich als Symbolik für "Schaden am Rad" verwendet.

The list of ingredients for this card is short. And it was done quickly - nothing fancy.
I used the enamel stickers as a symbol for the "demages on the bicycle".

K1-1066 - Warp Speed

Hier kommt meine zweite Karte für die aktuelle Twofer Challenge *Stars.
Ich habe fast die selben Stempel verwendet wie für die erste Karte, hab aber ein völlig anderes Thema gewählt! 

Die Qualle wurde mit ein klein wenig Maskierung zur Rakete und der Sternenkreis funkelt nun nicht mehr hinter dem kleinen Kerl her, sondern umrahmt einen sichelförmigen Halbmond...
Der Text wechselte von deutsch zu englisch und ist nun ein passender Gute Besserungs-Spruch "Get better in warp speed" = "Werd in Windeseile wieder gesund" verwendet. (Wobei Windeseile hier eigentlich Warp-Geschwindigkeit ist...) 

Here is my second card for the current Twofer Challenge *Stars.
I used almost the same stamps that I used in my first card, but I changed the theme completely!

With a bit of masking, the jellyfish turned into a rocket and the circle of stars isn't in the back of the little critter any longer, now it surrounds a lunate moon.
The sentiment changed from German to English and is "Get better in warp speed" now.

I just recognized Virginia Lu started a new project on her Blog to spread creativity and happiness!

It's called "Show & Share"!

On every 9th of a month she will open a special gallery for all of us to show what we are working on. There is no Challenge, no need to use special supplies or techniques, just the option to present your crafty work! Isn't that cool?!

Der Herbst steht vor der Tür... und mit ihm meist auch die erste größere Erkältungswelle... Da ist es doch immer gut, wenn jemand für da ist und einen wieder gesund pflegt, oder?

Autumn is near... and with the start of this season also the first outbreak of the common cold... It's fine when you have someone around who takes care of you then, right?

I started with a lighter blue & wonky piece of scrap paper...

Über die Karte:
Aus einem blauen Stück Cardstock aus meiner Restekiste hab ich einen Kreis ausgestanzt und anschließend mit Distress Oxide Inks und einem BlendingTool einen Nachthimmel gestaltet. Die Sterne sind mit klarem, silbern glitzerndem Embossing Pulver aufgetragen. Mit den Kreisstanzen hab ich dann noch aus einem Designpapier in Holzoptik den Fensterrahmen zugeschnitten.
Die beiden Hasen hab ich auf etwas festernen, weißen Cardstock gestempelt und dann von Hand ausgeschnitten. Koloriert hab ich sie mit Aquarell-Buntstiften, da diese eine leichte optische "Struktur" geben, die ich für das Hasenfell gerne nutzen wollte.
Den Text wurde in Gray Flannel gestempelt und dann die Einzelteile darum herum angeordnet. Als Abschluß hab ich die embossten Sterne noch mit kleinen, irisierenden Sternen getoppt.

About this card:
I cut the circle of a blue piece of scrap paper and created my night sky with Distress Oxide Inks and a blending tool. The stars were heat embossed with a clear and silver-sparkling powder. I used the circle die set again to create the frame of the window with a designer paper in wood texture.
Both little bunnies were stamped on a thick and smooth white cardstock, fussycut out. They are colored with watercolor pencils cause they leave a bit of an optical "texture". I wanted to use this for the fur of the rabbits.
The sentiment was stamped in Gray Flannel and the elements were arranges on the cardfront.
To finish the card I adhered the little star-sequins on the positions of the embossed stars.
