Diesmal gibt's was zu feiern!
Zum Beispiel den Abschluß vom Schuljahr! Hier in Brandenburg haben wir nur noch 2,5 Wochen Schule - am 19.06. gibt's Zeugnisse und dann heißt es "Ab in die Ferien!"!!!

Schon auf dem Umschlag sitzt ein fröhlicher kleiner Frosch, auf der Karte schreit er dann ganz begeistert laut "Hurra" und klimpert mit seinen Wackelaugen!
Im Inneren der Karte hab ich noch ein "Gratulation" gestempelt.

Today we can celebrate!
For example the graduation at the end of the school year! Here in our Federal State (Brandenburg) we have only 2,5 weeks left - we will have school-report day and start of the summer vacations on 19.06.!!!
  On the envelope there is a happy little frog, it shouts a enthusiastic and loud "Hurra" (= "Hooray") and it's blinking with its googly eyes!
On the inside of the card I stamped "Gratulation" (= "congratulations")

Nach der Glitzerden Geburtstagsblüte kommt gleich nochmal eine glitzerige Karte - wieder ohne irgendein Glitzer-Gekrümel!

Herstellung dieser Karte:
Hier hab ich silbernen Glitter in transparente Embossing-Paste eingearbeitet und damit den Hintergrund gestaltet.
Damit noch nicht genug - der Text und die drei Sterne bestehen aus ebenfalls glitzerndem beziehungsweise silbernem Embossing-Pulver. Zum Abschluß noch einige silberne Pailletten und fertig war die Karte.

Making of this card:
I mixed the silver glitter-pieces into translucent embossing paste and stenciled the background.
But that wasn't enough sparkle - the sentiment and the three stars are heat embosse with sparkling and silver embossing powder. To finish the card I just used some silver sequins.

Dank der Online Card Class "Background Check" hab ich heute nach dem Motto "aus eins mach zwei" gearbeitet. Aus einem Aquaell-Hintergrund entstanden zwei Karten.
Mir gefällt die Kombination aus Aquarellpapier und Glossy Paper, die Kontrase von rau & glatt, matt & glänzend, bunt & weiß, ...

Seit einigen Wochen juckt es mich schon in den Fingern, mich an einer für mich völlig neuen Art von Karte zu versuchen: einer Schüttelkarte!
Karten, mit denen man was tun kann! - Klasse, nicht nur für Kinder!

Die Idee und das technische Know-How hab ich mir durch den Stampin'Up Stempeltechnik-Vodcast bei YouTube zeigen lassen. - Die Demonstratorin Charlotte erklärt es einem so, dass man das Gefühl bekommt, es sei total einfach zu machen. - Na dann mal los! 

Da ich mich darin erst mal versuchen wollte, das Stempel-Set hier habe und die Motive einfach herzig sind, sind gewisse Ähnlichkeiten schon erkennbar... (Schließlich zeigt sie es auch zum Nachbasteln, oder?)

I just wanted to give it a  first try, I have the same stamp-set here and the stamps are really cute - so there is some similarity to the shown card... (But I think, she's demonstrating the technique to teach the viewers, doesn't she?)
