Denn seit heute gibt es bei Uniko ein ganz neues Stencil DesignTeam und ich bin Teil davon!!! Ist das nicht wunderbar?!
Ein ganz dickes "Dankeschön" an Beverley für, die Möglichkeit, hier mitwirken zu dürfen!

This is a big day for me!
A brand new Uniko Stencil Design Team was founded and starts today and I'm part of it!!! Isn't that amazing?!

Ich habe für heute zwei Stencil-Karten vorbereitet - einen Frühlingsgruß und einen (verspäteten) Geburtstagsglückwunsch. Alle Infos über Herstellung und Materialien findet ihr weiter unten.
Luftballon-Post ist ja nicht gerade der sicherste Weg, um etwas zu versenden... da kann's schon mal zu Verspätungen kommen...

I prepared two stencil-cards for today - one with a spring-greeting and one with (delayed) birthday wishes. All information about the crafting-proces and the materials you see below.
Balloon-post isn't the safest way to send something... delay in delivery is possible...
Always a good idea to have such a card in your cardbox to avoid a bigger hesitation!

Über die Karte:
Ich hab mit der Wonky Stripes Stencil von Uniko, einem Emboss-it Dabber und einem Mix aus Embossing-Pulvern (Reste eines anderen Projekts) eine Art blauen Himmel gestaltet. Dafür hab ich die Schablone mit meinem Tesa Malerband gleichzeitigt fixiert und auch maskiert.
Die Luftballons sind mit Distress Inks gestempelt und ebenfalls maskiert.
Als Abschluß hab ich noch den weißen Schriftzug auf schwarzes Papier embossed und dann einen dimensionales Spruchband zugeschnitten, gefaltet und mit 2 mm 3D-Pads auf der Karte befestigt.

About this card:
I created kind of a blue sky with the Wonky Stripes Stencil from Uniko, an Emboss-it Dabber and a mix of embossing powders (was the left-over from another project). Therefor I fixed and masked the stencil in one step with my Tesa painters tape.
The balloons are stamped with DistressInks and i masked them too.
To finish the card I stamped and heat embossed the white sentiment on black cardstock, then cut and folded a dimensional banner and adhered it with 2 mm 3D-pads on the card.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Design Team! Du musst mir mal dein Geheimnis verraten, wie du mit vier Kindern Zeit zum Basteln und Bloggen findest! Vielleicht brauchst du keinen Schlaf? Oder bist total organisiert? Ich habe nur zwei und trotzdem gibt es immer wieder Blogpausen bei mir... Wie dem auch sei, deine Karte sieht fröhlich aus! Ich liebe Stencils, benütze sie aber viel zu wenig!

AntwortenLöschenjetzt finde ich endlich die Zeit, um Dir -nochmals offiziell- ganz herzlich zu gratulieren. Ich freue mich so sehr für Dich, dass Du im Uniko-Team aufgenommen wurdest, denn ich weiß, wie schön dass für Dich ist. Lass Dich von hier aus mal kräftig drücken! Deine Karte finde ich ganz toll. Ich habe auch etwas gelernt. Nämlich, dass es Embossing-Dabber gibt! Ich habe das bislang immer mit einem Versamark Stempelkissen gemacht, hihi. Oder hast Du Dir den Dabber selber gemacht? Also Versamark Refiller auf einen Dabber? Das wäre ja auch eine gute Idee! Wie dem auch sei: Danke für Deine schöne Inspiration. .... das kommt genau richtig, einen Tag vor dem Medina, juchu!

Liebe Nicole, der Dabber ist ein ganz "offizielles" Produkt von Ranger und heißt "Emboss it Dabber - clear". Das Dabber-Kissen ist etwas gröber als zB bei den Distress Stains, vermutlich, damit man die dickflüssigere Tinte besser auftragen kann.
LöschenMeist verwende ich auch das VersaMark Kissen, aber bei etwas filigraneren Stencils ist mir das manchmal etwas zu "sperrig" (hab leider kein Mini-Kissen).
