In der aktuellen Uniko Challenge geht es ums Feiern und wer mag, kann das ganze mit goldenen Elementen bereichern.
Da sich ja gerade viele von uns auf die schönste Feier des Jahres, Weihnachten, vorbereiten, hab ich beschlossen, eine einschichtige CAS Weihnachtskarte mit etwas maskieren und schablonieren zu gestalten.
Inspiriert hat mich hierzu eine Karte von Kristina Werner in der letzten "Online Card Classes - Clean and Simple Holiday".

Über die Karte:
Mit Malerband hab ich den Umriß des Baums direkt auf meiner Karte abgeklebt und mit einem BlendingTooldie hellste der drei Distress Inks verteilt. dann die "Wonky Stripes" Stencil von Uniko platziert und ebenfalls mit einem Blending Tool die dunkleren Distress Inks aufgetragen. Für etwas Glitzer-Effekt sorgt etwas Iridescent Medium, das ich mit einem breiten Pinsel sparsam auf der kompletten Fläche verteilt habe.
Nach dem Entfernen des Malerbands hab ich noch die beiden Text-Elemente in gold embossed und einige flache bunte Paillettensterne aufgeklebt.

About this card:
I taped off the silouette of the tree with some painters tape and added my lightest Distress Ink with a blending tool. Then I placed my "Wonky Stripes" Stencil from Uniko and added the darker Distress Inks with my blending tools. To get some sparkle I painted a thin layer of Iridescent Medium with a brush over the whole tree-area.
After I removed the tape I heat embossed the two parts of my sentiment with golden Powder and added some colorful flat sequins stars.
