Die Inspiration für diese Karte kam mir, als ich Cathy Zielske am Tag-3 zugesehen habe, wie sie ihre DieCut-Regenbögen hergestellt hat.... Ich habe keine Kreise ausgestanzt, sondern "tropfenden Schleim"! (die Stanzform heißt so! "Dripping Goo")

I got the Inspiration for this card by watching Cathy Zielske DieCut-Rainbows on Day-3....I didn't cut out circles - I cut out "Dripping Goo"!

Über die Karte:

Die tropfenden Farbverlauf-DieCuts hab ich fein säuberlich übereinander gestapelt und die oberste, rote Farbe hat noch eine Schicht Glossy Accents bekommen, damit sie wie "frisch gestrichen" aussieht. 

About this card:

I stacked the dripping color-gradient DieCuts and then covered the red one with a layer of Glossy Accents to give it the look of "freshly painted".

K1-762 - Ein Zettelchen für DICH

Ich mag die no-line coloring Technik sehr gerne, hab sie aber bisher nur selten selbst angewandt. Die Bilder haben dann meist ein ganz zartes Aussehen, ohne die meist üblichen dunklen Konturen der Stempelabdrücke!
Jetzt war es an der Zeit, mich mal wieder darin zu versuchen.

I love the look of the no-line coloring technique, but havn't practiced it myself really often yet. The images have such a soft touch without the usually dark stamped image-lines!
Now it was time to try it once more.

Translation of the titel "Ein Zettelchen für DICH" = "a little note for YOU".

Doch bevor ich das Gorjuss-Mädchen gestempelt habe, wurde zuerst noch der Hintergrund vorbereitet:
Dafür hab ich den negativen Teil meines gestanzten Papiers als Stencil verwendet und mit Distress Inks in 'antique linen' und 'scattered straw' das imaginäre Stück Papier per Wischtechnik gestaltet.

Zum Stempeln des Bildes habe ich Distress Ink in 'scattered straw' verwendet und es anschließend mit Aquarell-Buntstiften und etwas Wasser coloriert.

Before I stamped the Gorjuss Girl I prepared the background: Therefor I used the negative part of my paper die-cut as a stencil and blended with DistressInks in 'antique linen' and 'scattered straw' a fictive piece of paper.

To stamp my image I used Distress-Ink 'scattered straw' and then colored with watercolor-pencils and a little bit of water.
