Am Wochenende hab ich etwas Zeit zum Colorieren gefunden - und hab mit den beiden Drachen dann auch gleich eine Karte gemacht.

Stempelküche -Challenge #77 - Haustiere / Pets

Ok... die meisten von euch werden jetzt sagen: Drachen sind Fantasie-Figuren und keine Haustiere! Und ja... in einem normalen Haushalt mag das auch so sein... Aber nicht in einem Haus mit fantasievollen Kindern und einem Dad, der beim Stöbern im Buchladen immer wieder die tollsten Bücher findet... Kürzlich war es "Der Drache aus dem blauen Ei" von Nina Blazon (eine total süße Geschichte!). 

Vincent (fast 9) hat dann diesen kleinen blauen Plüschdrachen geschenkt bekommen - der wurde auch gleich Lawundel getauft, so, wie der kleine Drache aus dem Buch.

Stella (7) möchte jetzt auch so einen süßen kleinen Drachen haben, aber bitte in gelb! Also brüten wir derzeit ein gelbes Ei aus und hoffen, dass daraus bald mindestens ein kleiner gelber Drache schlüpft...

Ok... most of you may argue now: dragons are only fantasy-figures and they aren't pets! Yes... that's correct in a normal house... but it isn't true in a house filled with fanciful kids and a dad who loves to forage for great book in the book store... Recently he found "The dragon who came out of a blue egg" (such a cute story!).

Vincent (almost 9) got this little blue plush dragon - and he called it Lawundel, like the little dragon in the story. Stella (7) wanna have such a cute little dragon too - but please a yellow one! So we started to brood a yellow dragon egg and we hope a little yellow dragon will hatch soon...

Brusho-Hintergründe könnten glatt zu einer neuen Leidenschaft bei mir werden!
Diesmal ist alles in Blautönen gehalten und erinnert irgendwie an einen Pool, findet ihr nicht auch? Und mittendrin im "Wasser" sitzt ganz bedröppelt der kleine Drache, der kein Feuer, sondern nur noch ein kleines Rauchwölkchen ausstößt... Aber immerhin hat er schon mal einen beschützenden, sonnengelben und glitzernden Regenschirm dabei!

This time I used blue colors and it is reminiscent of a pool, isn't it? And in the middle of all this "water" is sitting this little sheepish dragon who can't vomit fire any longer but only a little smoke cloud... But it has a protective, sparkling and sunny yellow umbrella in his hand!


Dazu hab ich einen sehr gut passenden Text aus einem Stampin'Up-Set genommen: "Du stehst nicht allein im Regen" und im Karten-Inneren geht's weiter mit "Ich bin für dich da". (Leider im Moment noch ohne Bild - aber es ist der selbe Schrift-Stil wie außen und ebenfalls in schwarz gestempelt.)

I took the perfectly fitting sentiment of a Stampin'Up Set: "Du stehst nicht allein im Regen" = "You aren't left out in the rain alone" and is continued in the inside of the card with "Ich bin für dich da" = "I'm here for you". (Currently I havn't a pic of the inside, but it's the same kind of lettering like outside and also in black.)

Seit kurzem wird mein Bastelzimmer nicht nur von Monstern und Dinos bevölkert, sondern auch von Drachen!
Jeder stellt sich ja Drachen etwas unterschiedlich vor - oft sind sie massiv und rot oder grün... - Meiner hier ist ein Lichtwesen - ganz in gold schimmernd und eher durchscheinend.

In my craftroom there are not only monsters and dinos any longer, recently some dragons moved in!
Everybody has different ideas of how they should look like - often they are heavy and red or green... - My little guy here is more a creature of light - golden sparkling all-over and more translucent.
