Was meint ihr? Was macht unsere Welt besser?
Definitiv ein sehr vielversprechender Versuch ist ein Lächeln! Es ist herzerwärmend, jeder kann es einsetzen und hey, es kosten nicht mal was! 
Übersetzung des englischen Textes "Smiles make the world a better place" = "Lächeln macht die Welt zu einem besseren Ort".

What do you think? What makes our world better? Definitely a very promising try are smiles! They warm the heart, everybody can deploy them and hey, they don't cost a penny at all!

Ich habe das große "Smiles" aus rotem Cardstock und den Globus zweimal aus hellem Kraft-Cardstock ausgestanzt und diese passgenau aufeinander geklebt. 
Den restlichen Text hab ich mit den Einzelbuchstaben auf Vellum gestempelt und anschließend mit einem Vellum-tauglichen schwarzen Tuschestift nachgezogen.
Alles arrangiert, befestigt und als Abschluß noch die kleinen Herzen über die Weltkugel verteilt aufgeklebt.

I diecut the big "Smiles" out of red cardstock and the globe two times out of a light kraft cardstock and layered them together.
The rest of the sentiment I stamped with the single letters on vellum and then traced the lines with a vellum-capable black ink.
I arranged all pieces, adhered them and to finish the card I spread the little hearts all over the globe.

K1-1087 - Gute Reise

Heute gibt es hier seit langem mal wieder eine Karte von mir zu sehen!
Bei uns in Brandenburg fing am Montag der Schulalltag wieder an - unsere Sommerferien sind um! Zeit für mich, mir nun mal wieder etwas Zeit zum Basteln und Bloggen zu nehmen!

Allen, die nun noch Reisen wollen und können, wünsche ich eine gute Reise und einen schönen Urlaub! 
Kommt gesund und gut erholt zurück!

After a very long time I have a card to show here today!
Last monday was the first day of school in our federal state of Brandenburg - the summer vacations are over! Time for me to get some free time for crafting and blogging again!

Vor langer Zeit schon hab ich die Karte gestempelt und koloriert (noch ohne die glitzernden Elemente) und plante einen dunkelblauen Text zuzufügen... Aber das gefiel mir damals nicht und ich hab das Projekt beiseite gelegt...

Bei einer Sommer-Aufräum-Aktion in meinem Bastelzimmer hab ich die Einzelteile wieder gefunden, den ursprünglichen Plan abgeändert und diese Karte gemacht.
Ich hab noch einige andere Karten vollendet, die ich euch bald zeigen möchte!

I stamped and colored the map long time ago (without the sparkle) and planned to add a dark blue sentiment... But I didn't like the look of this first idea and put the project aside...

In a summer craft room cleaning-process I relocated the pieces, changed the primary plan and finished this card. 

There are many more I finally finished now and I will show you soon!

Letzte Nacht hab ich noch fleißig an und mit den Techniken vom Tag-2 der Online Card Class - Clear & Sheer gewerkelt. 
Dabei sind 4 Karten entstanden! - Die erste!

Online Card Classes - Clear & sheer - Day-2 Gallery

I created a kind of really "lazy" version of Dawn Woleslagle shown technique...
What does that mean? I used an embossing-folder to embosse the vellum and then colored the oceans with blue copics, wraped this layer around a paper-layer and adhered it on the backside of the paper. After I also adhered the the heat-embossed banner (or tag?) on the backside of the paper-layer I adhered the whole layer-combination to my card-base.
Finished the card with some red rhinestones.

K1-193 - Schnecken-Reise / snail-pace

Deutschland im Miniaturformat, dazu gestanztes & geprägtes Vellum und eine freundliche kleine Schnecke auf Reisen. 

Wo genau ihre Route langgeht und wo sie Station macht - das war heute eher nebensächlich - wichtiger war, dass sie unterwegs war. Vielleicht ist die Karte auch ihre geplante Strecke und sie muss sich erst noch auf den Weg machen. Wer weiß?

Where the journey is passing by and where there will places to rest was marginal for today - more important was the way.

Maybe the card is the choosen trip and the snail has to start the journey first. Who knows?
