Als ich gestern die neue Aufgabe der Task for Two "Over the Edge" gesehen hab, kam mir irgendwie sofort das Thema Fotografie in den Sinn... Perfekter Anlaß, um die erst kürzlich erworbenen Selfie-Sets von Lawn Fawn einzuweihen, oder? Noch toller, dass bei inkspirational das Thema "snap" lautet!
Damit auch bild-technisch alles seine Richtigkeit hat, geht die Szene im Inneren der Karte weiter...
When I saw the new Challenge for the Task for Two Challenge "Over the edge" I had the idea of a photography in my mind immediatelly... Perfect reason to use the recently bought Selfie-Set from Lawn Fanw, right? Even more fantastic the theme for inkspirational is "snap"!
To get an also technical correct picture-history, my little scene is continued on the inside of the card...

Über die Karte:
Das Smartphone auf der Karten-Vorderseite ist selbst gestaltet. - Ecken gerundet, Rechteck aufgezeichnet, ein 1/2" Kreis für Taste und die kleinen Punkte für den Lautsprecher zufügen - fertig! Mehr isses wirklich nicht!
Dann die Ränder mit Malerband abgeklebt, die Szene gestempelt und koloriert. Großartige Verzierungen mit Pailletten oder so fand ich hier jetzt nicht so passend, weshalb ich mich auf das Beglittern des Mini-Smartphones und des smile-Schriftzuges beschränkt hab.
Das kleinere Smartphone im Inneren der Karte hab ich mit dem Stanz-Set von Lawn Fawn hergestellt. Einmal aus Cardstock und dann nochmal aus Fensterfolie ausgestanzt. Hier darauf achten, dass man die Folie mit weniger Druck durch die Maschine gibt, dann zerfällt das Folien-Phone nicht in zwei Teile und es lässt sich anschließend leichter aufkleben. Da das Cardstock-Phone in Rahmen und Bildschirm zerfallen war, konnt ich ohne weitere Maskierung stempeln und dann kolorieren. Um alles ohne erkennbare Klebespuren zusammen zu bekommen, hab ich heute mal einen Sprühkleber verwendet und damit nur den Rahmen klebrig gemacht, dann vorsichtig die Folie aufgesetzt und gut festgedrückt. Zum Schluß noch den getrockneten Bildschirm eingesetzt und das Phone in die Karte eingeklebt und das ganze dann in der Karte befestigt.
Das Kolorieren der Elefanten mit Copics war kein Problem, da ich ja wusste, dass das Phone innen hinkommt und alle eventuell sichtbare Spuren von durchgedrückter Farbe überdecken kann. Die Umgebung hab ich vorsichtshalber aber mit Stabilo Markern und Distress-Inks und Wasser ausgemalt.
About this card:
I designed the smartphone on the front layer on my own. - Rounded corners, draw a rectangle, added a 1/2" circle as button, some small dots as speakers - ready! That's it!
I masked the edges with painters tape, stamped and colored the images. Cause I thought embellishments like sequins wouln'd fit to the phone, I used anly some sparkling on the sentiment die cut and the mini-smartphone in the screen.
The smaller smartphone on the inside of the card I created with the die-set of Lawn Fawn. I cut one piece of white cardstock and one piece of window foil. When you use less pressure for the foil cutting,, the phone stays in one piece and it's easier to adhere it to the paper later. Cause the cardstock-phone was cut in two pieces, I could stamp and colour my screen without any masking. To glue without any visible signs I used a sprayable glue on the white egde of the phone, carefully added the foil and pressed firmly together. To finish the phone I added the completely dried screen and adhered the whoe thing in the card.
Coloring the elephants with Copic was no problem, cause I knew I wanna put the phone inside and that might cover any space with saturated ink. But to be surec I used Stabilo Marker for the leaves and Distress Inks and water for the landscape.
