Och Nö!

Ich denke mal, fast jeder von uns kann / muss inzwischen mehrmals am Tag auf  vielen besuchten Blog-Seiten Info-Sätze wie "Dieser Beitrag enthält Werbung"  lesen.

Verunsicherung!
Betrifft das auch mich? Muss ich das jetzt auch überall dazu schreiben???

Erste Frage:
Was bedeutet denn "Werbung"? Dazu liefern Suchmaschinen schnell geeignete Definitionen (zum Beispiel Wikipedia oder das Gabler Wirtschaftslexikon)

Bisher hab ich in meinen Posts in der Rubrik "verwendete Materialien / used materials" immer alles aufgelistet, was für die Herstellung der gezeigten Karte wichtig war.
Das hab ich zum einen gemacht, weil ich dadurch meine Anerkennung und Achtung der Copyrights der Firmen zeige, die all die tollen Stempel und Stanzen herstellen, mit denen ich bastle. Zum anderen aber auch, um euch Hinweise zu geben, was drin und dran ist an einer Karte (und erspare damit allen, die ein bestimmtes Design mögen, lange Suchereien nach den Namen der Produkte).

Und hier wird's jetzt allem Anschein nach schwierig, denn genau das ist laut Definition Werbung!
Es scheint völlig schnurz zu sein, ob ich damit was verdiene oder ob ich beauftragt wurde, etwas zu bewerben. Fakt ist: Die positive Darstellung / Präsentation von Produkten ist Werbung!


Ich bin seit Februar 2018 im Design Team von Uniko Stamps, einer kleinen englischen Stempelfirma. Und natürlich bekommen DT-Mitglieder Materialien, um damit zu basteln und natürlich mache ich dadurch Werbung für diese Firma. Ist ja schließlich einer der Gründe, warum ich in dem Team bin!

Dass ich aber auch für alle anderen Firmen, wo ich nicht "beauftragt" wurde, Werbung mache, wird mir erst jetzt so richtig bewusst...


Zweite Frage:
Aber ich weiß immer noch nicht, ob und warum es heutzutage nötig sein soll, jeden darauf hinzuweisen, dass ich etwas bewerbe!?
Wenn man jemandem erzählt, dass man Produkte einer Firma mag (Essen, Kosmetik, Klamotten, Autos oder eben auch Bastelmaterial) sagt man doch auch nicht extra dazu, dass man gerade Werbung macht, oder?
Keiner fährt herum und hat ein Schild am Auto, dass das bloße Zeigen dieses Wagens Werbung sei. Keiner läuft mit der Information herum, dass der Schriftzug auf dem Shirt Werbung für eine Klamotten-Marke bedeutet!
In all diesen Fällen ist es aber ja auch nichts anderes als eine Art der Werbung, oder???
Werbung ist ja anscheinend all-gegenwärtig! Ohne extra Hinweise darauf.

Bleibt immer noch die große Frage für mich:
Muss ich jetzt auf meinem Blog einen Hinweis-Satz stehen haben, dass der Post (unbezahlte) Werbung für Bastelfirmen enthält, nur weil ich deren Stempel, Tinten oder Papiere eines Herstellers zum Basteln verwende, die gebastelte Karte zeige und ich das Material aufliste?
Und wenn ja, warum? 
Denn: Werbung ist ja anscheinend all-gegenwärtig! Ohne extra Hinweise darauf.


FAZIT:
Also gut! - Ich will keine Probleme bekommen!
Daher werde ich nun wohl die Info "Dieser Beitrag enthält Werbung" oder eine ähnliche (doofe) Ankündigung in meine Posts mit reinsetzen, nur um rechtlich sicher zu gehen...
Ich werde versuchen, eine nicht gar so exponierte Stelle zu finden und hoffe, ihr habt damit kein Problem und es wird euch nicht zu lästig mit diesem Thema...

Oh No!

I think almost every one of us can / has to read sentences like "This post includes advertisement" several times a day on the Blogs we visit.

Uncertainty! / I'm irritated!
Does this affects me? Do I need to write this sentence, too?

First question:
What does "Advertisement" mean? You can find definitions online (I've just looked for the German definition, but it's also available in every other language I think).

Until now I listed the used products for every card I made in the category "verwendete Materialien / used materials".
First reason I wrote this is just to show my respect for the copyrights of the companies producing all the great stamps and dies I love to work with.
Second reason to give you the information about what I used. It's time saving for you if you like a special design... (you needn't search it online.)

And that's the point where it gets difficult, cause this is one of the definitions of advertisement!
It doesn't matter if I earn something from it or if someone asked me to promote something.
Fact is: the positive presentation of something is advertisement!


I was invited to be part of the Uniko Stamps Design Team in February 2018. It's a small stamp company from UK. I joined the team. And for sure the DT gets products to craft and work with and for sure we announce the new Releases and so on.
For sure I promote this company, cause that's one of the reasons why I'm in this Team!

I just recognized,  I also promote all the other brands and companies I use and list in my blogposts without any commission...


Second question:
But I still don't know why it seems to be neccesary in our days to tell everybody I promote something!?
When you tell someone you like the products of a company (food, styling products, clothes, cars or craft supplies, ...) you needn't say you promote it in this moment, right?
Nobody is driving around with the information about driving around is promotion for the car company. Nobody is walking around with the information the letters on the shirt are clothes-company promotion...
But all this is a kind of advertisement, isn't it???
Advertisement is all around us! Without any hint!

Big question for me now: 
Do I need to announce I'm promoting (unpaid) a craft company when I just used their stamps, inks or papers, show you the cards I made and list the materials???
If yes, why???
Cause: Advertisement is all around us! Without any hint!


Conclusion:
However - I don't want to get any problems!
So I will add this information "This post includes advertisement" or a similar (silly) announcement in my posts, just to be save.
I'll try to find a non-exposed place for this and I hope this doesn't annoy you too much!
