Der heutige Tag bringt gleich zwei Anlässe mit sich, euch weitere Karten zu zeigen!
Zum einen ist der dritte Tag mit den neuen Release-Materialien - aber dazu im zweiten Post mehr.
Zum anderen möchte ich euch an die aktuelle Uniko-Challenge #67 erinnern! Das Thema ist
"Anything Goes with the optional twist of Autumn Colours".

On the one hand it's the third day with the new release-supplies - but more about this in my second post.
On the other hand I want to remind you of the current Uniko-Challenge #67! The theme is

Da das Thema bei uns aufgrund der Release mit vielen Weihnachtskartenen sehr präsent ist, bin ich gleich dabei geblieben... hab mich aber dafür für den Twist entschieden!
Die Farbinspiration war einfach - musste nur einen langen Blick durch den Garten und das Wäldchen dahinter schweifen lassen... Da ist noch viel Grün zu sehen, aber mehr und mehr kommen die Gelb- und Orangetöne dazu!
Due to the Release the theme of Christmas Cards is very present, so I decided to stay in this comy zone... but for sure I used the twist!
The colour inspiration was easy - justa had to take a long view into our garden and the small forrest behind... There are still lots of greens visible, but more and more the yellows and oranges take part!

Auf meiner Karte seht ihr ein Mandala.
Aber es ist ein selbst gemachtes (freihand gestempelt ohne viel geometrische Hilfsmittel), nur mit einer Schablone und einigen Stempeln aus verschiedenen Sets gestaltet.
Der Kreativität sind hier kaum grenzen gesetzt - leb sie aus!
On my card you can see a Mandala.
But it's a selfmade one (free-hand stamped without lots of geometric extra stuff), just created with a stencil and some stamps out of different sets.
The sky is the limit - live your creativity!
Im Herbst liebe ich die Farbverläufe an den Bäumen oder auch an einzelnen Blättern! Ich hab die Ränder der Stencil mit Faber Castell, Albrecht Dürer Künstler Aquarellstiften nachgezogen und sie dann später mit einem feuchten Pinsel vermalt.
In fall time I love the colour gradients in the trees and also in single leaves. I traced the edges of the stencil with my Faber Castell, Albrecht Dürer artist watercolour pencils and coloured the areas later with a dump brush.
Wusstet ihr, dass der Monat Oktober ursprünglich mal der achte Monat war? Octo ist die lateinische Silbe für acht. Somit passt diese Blüten Schablone mit den 8 Blütenblättern perfekt zum heutigen ersten Oktober!
Did you know the month October was originally the eighth month? Octo is the Latin syllable for eight. So this 8-petal-flower stencil fits perfeclty to today - first October!
Die Dreiecke symbolisieren die dritte Jahreszeit und die Kreis-Grundform des Mandalas steht für das ganze Jahr, das läuft und läuft... (ok, hier passt die 8 nicht ganz... zwölf Blütenblätter wären besser).
OK... genug über den Herbst geredet!
Konntet ihr schon ausfindig machen, wo auf der Karte das Weihnachsthema versteckt ist? Wenn nicht, schaut euch einfach das nächste Bild an:
The triangles symbolize the third season of the year, and the basic mandala shape of a circle the whole year which goes round and round... (ok, here the eight is a bit small.... twelve petals would fit better).
Ok... enough of talking about fall!
