K1-765 - innere Werte

Wer kennt das nicht... jemand hat Geburtstag und wünscht sich "nur" Geld. Ist ja o.k. - so kann man sich dann auch große Wünsche erfüllen... - aber für den Schenkenden find ich das immer etwas trist... so ohne echtes, eingepacktes Geschenk! Also muss eine süße & witzige Karte mit dem gewissen "etwas" her!

Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass Christine Drogt andere "innere Werte" meinte, als sie das Stempelset kreiert hat... aber hier passte der Stempel einfach perfekt zu meinem ganz schlicht gehaltenen "Sparstrumpf"!
Die Seeräuber-Münzen leuchten unten vor sich hin... sind aber im Vergleich zu dem Scheinchen in der Socke wohl eher Peanuts.

Who doesn't know this problem... it's someones birthday and there is "only" one wish - money. It's o.k. to save the money from several givers for a big wish... - but I always feel a bit sad... to come without a real, packed gift! So I'm in need of acute & funny card with a little "something"!

I'm pretty sure, Christine Drogt had another meaning of the sentiment in mind when she created this stampset... but it fits perfectly to the simple outside of my "money stocking"!
The pirate-coins are shimmering from behind... but by comparison to the papermoney in the sock they are like peanuts.

Translation of the German sentiment: "es kommt auf die inneren Werte an!" = "the personal qualities (or intrinsic values) matter!".

Über dieser Karte:

Der Strumpf ist doppelt ausgestanzt und dann zusammengeklebt. So konnte ich ihn richtig mit etwas "befüllen".

About this card:
I cut he sock twice and glues the two pieces together. Now I was able to "fill" it with something.
