Heute gibt's wieder mal einen Beitrag von mir auf dem UNIKO-Blog! Ich zeige euch dort drei Karten mit Gittermuster/Mathekästchen im Hintergrund - etwas männliches, weibliches und für unterschiedlichen Anlässe. 

Die dritte und letzte Karte ist ebenfalls eine gute Besserungs-Karte, unterscheidet sich jedoch im Farbbereich und den Verzierungen deutlich von der vorherigen.

K1-1427 - Joyeux Noel / Uniko Challenge #62 Reminder

Heute hab ich eine edle Weihnachtskarte in einem sehr klassischen Stil für euch.

Die Farben sind Rot und Gold, es gibt etwas Glitzer, ein klares Design mit einigen kleinen, frechen, goldenen Punkten und einem starken Symbol.

Da ich bisher auch noch nicht alle Bedeutungen kannte, hab ich noch mal etwas nachgeforscht und dabei Folgendes über die heraldische Lilie (= Fleur de Lis) gefunden:

Wenn man diese Blüte verschenkt, ist es ein Zeichen für Hochachtung und Zuneigung für den Beschenkten.

Sie kann aber auch als Symbol für die Liebe in Gott stehen und dadurch den eigenen Glauben wiederspiegeln. 

Ich denke, egal welche der beiden Bedeutungen man selbst favorisiert - es ist eine schöne Geste, gerade jetzt zur Weihnachtszeit, jemanden damit zu beehre!

Für diejenigen, die kein Französisch sprechen: 

"Joyeux Noël" heißt Frohe Weihnachten.

  

Today I show you a classy christmas card in a very classical style.

The colors are red and gold, there is some sparkle, a clear design with only some little cheeky golden dots and a mighty symbol.

I didn't knew much about this symbol, so I did an online search about the heraldic lilly = Fleur de Lis and found this:

When you gift this fleur, it is a mark of respect and affection for the presentee. 

But it can also symbolise the love in god and shows the own faith. 

I think, it doesn't really matter, which of these meanings you favour - it's a beautiful gesture to favour someone with it - especially right now for Christmas!

The translation of the French "Joyeux Noël" is "Merry Christmas".

It's time for a new Challenge on the Uniko Blog! This time you can create almost anything, cause it's an Anything Goes. But when you like to be inspired a bit more, you can also use the optional Twist of "bright and happy".

Flowers always light up my days, so I used some stamped and die cut pink "Kindness Blooms" and a selfmade wreath for my inspirational card.
A little bit of something speacial I added with the pearls in the center of the flowers and the splattered background.

K1-1362 - hello butterfly

Ich kann's kaum glauben, aber ich hab mal wieder zu viele Karten in zu kurzer Zeit gemacht!

Die Inspirationen aus dem OCC Spring Card Camp machten mich super kreativ! In Kombination mit dem wechselhaften Wetter und der immer noch geltenden Empfehlung, zu hause zu bleiben, hatte ich einige sehr produktive Tage!

Ich werde versuchen, noch möglichst viele Karten zu posten, damit ich die noch in die  OCC-Galerien hochladen kann.
Aber die Posts werden erst mal nur "halbfertig" sein... die Material-Listen und einige zusätzliche Infos kommen dann später.
Bitte habt ein klein wenig Geduld - wenn ihr Fragen zu einzelnen Karten habt, schreibt bitte einen kleinen Kommentar, dann kommen die Infos da früher!

I barely can believe it, but I made too many cards in short time again!

The inspiration of the OCC Spring Card Camp made me super creative. Combined with the mixed weather of the last few days and the still valid suggestion of staying at home I had some super productive days!

I will try to post most of them, to be able to upload them to the OCC-galleries,

Online Card Class "Spring Card Camp"
Student-Gallery Days 11-15

Most of the time I'm inspired by the videos of the current "OCC - Spring Card Camp" right now.
This time by Cathy Zielske and her Word-Die cards on Day 13.

This is an extra long class - started Saturday, April 11th and last until Thursday, April 30th, Wrap-Up day is Thursday, May 7th. / On every one of the 20 days you get one video with intructions and tips to create in minimum two (different) cards in almost one main working process!

K1-1356 - Just Dance

Ich fang schon wieder an, die Techniken der OCC-Tage zu vermixen...
Bei dieser Karte seht ihr zum einen eine meiner Anwendungen von Lydia Fiedlers "Glitter Gel Tips" von Tag 10 und dazu wieder Dawn Woleslagles "Rainbows" vom Tag 11 (diese aber nur am Rande bei der Farbauswahl).

Ich hab eine Tanz-Karte mit Disco Spiegel-Kugel kreiert. 
Der englische Text "Just dance like no one's watching" heißt übersetzt "Tanze einfach, als würde keiner zuschauen".

I start mixing up the techniques of the OCC-days again...
In this card you can see one of the results of the "Glitter Gel Tips" Lydia Fiedler showed on Day 10 and also a bit of "Rainbows" of Dawn Woleslagle of Day 11 (but only in the choice of colours).

I made a dance-card with an disco mirror-globe.

First I used the Create A Smile "Focal Dots" stencil with Stickels GlitterGlue to create the background. With the  Funky Fossil Designs "Geo Spheres" stencil and a silver embossing paste I made the globe. After the paste was dried I added the same Stickles colours on the globe as I used for the background. The globe was adhered with dimensional tape.
The sentiment is stamped in white and silver on a piece of vellum and wrapped around the bottom area - so I could fix it easily and unvisible on the backside!

K1-1163 - Stylish Celebration / Uniko-Intro (1-II)

I made three cards for today. The links to the other cards you can find below in the DT-list.

For my second card I stamped the border lines and the outlined sentiment with VersaMark Ink and added clear Embossing Powder, then I blended the whole front of my card with Oxide Inks and coloured the inside of the sentiment in turquoise.

The splatters bring some "action" to the clear design. I spinkled  some drops of water on the blended area and let the Oxide Ink react, adjacent I removed the solved colour with a paper towel.

As stylish element I added some metallic enamel dots to finish the card.

Normalerweise arbeite ich eher selten mit größeren Stickern, aber hier hab ich mal eine Ausnahme gemacht, da mir das Fisch-Symbol und die vielen Farben so gut gefallen haben!
